Lack of basic amenities like a kettle and non-functional TV remote affected the stay. The service was mostly helpful and welcoming, with some exceptions. The location is convenient for beach access and activities but may be noisy at times. The dining experience was satisfactory, with notable efforts from the restaurant manager. Overall, the hotel offers basic facilities without any extraordinary features.
The hotel was warm all the time and well laid out, convenient for nightlife, with friendly and professional service. The room had zero water pressure, making showering impossible, and was booked incorrectly for single occupancy. It had a 'Wet Room' where water flowed every which way.
